Founded by an everyday Armoured athlete. Armoured Fitness was founded by a female serving soldier, who knows and understands how to train the mind and body to accomplish a set goal. Mixed messaging, fitness and nutrition fads and unclear training advice can confuse even the most educated individual. Thompson wanted to take training back to basics and create a performance sports brand and training club that was reliable, has purpose, and stood for something. From this initial ethos, Armoured Fitness was born. Team Armoured has the main goal of supporting every athletes with effective training sessions, great products, and additional advice and support. Don’t be afraid to ask questions to find out what training is best for you, or how to change your lifestyle for the better.

From running, to lifting weights, swinging kettle bells, and tossing medicine balls, my training represents effort, commitment, and dedication to fitness. As a female reconnaissance soldier and PTI my intent is to use my experience to influence to espouse a goal-setting mentality in others. My training has developed a toughness that only comes with hard work and persistence. The harder I’ve worked in the gym, or out in the field, the stronger my mind and body has become.
