Welcome to Armoured Fitness

As a fitness brand that empowers people to be better, Armoured Fitness offers a unique training club and online community of like-minded everyday athletes involving training sessions and coaching led by a female Physical Training Instructor.

With specialist training sessions to suit all, the training clubs aim is to burn up maximum calories in one class, increase fitness ability and performance, tone muscle, maximise fat loss, and increase your metabolism, so you keep on burning calories even after PT is over. The energy, the effort, the camaraderie – it’s a team effort.

Post PT, you may be sore for days but as an Armoured Athlete you will never face the same boring routine and face your fitness journey alone.

Armoured Fitness is the club where everything becomes possible.

Where you push through the “I can’ts” and “If only’s.” Where you run faster, lift more, lean out, fight off fat and become better. This is what transformation looks like. Where you become the best version of yourself. The workouts themselves are designed for efficiency. The intervals and strength training combinations are proven to lean and tone your body. This isn’t a fitness trend. It’s just hard work, dedication and sweat. And it works.

When you’ve armoured up and the work rate turns up, it’s nothing but heat on, sweat off. There’s a palpable energy shared between team Armoured that pushes you one step further. It’s the mind and body revolution that’s unique to Armoured.

The Weekly Breakdown

Located in parks across Chester, specified training sessions focus on different types of training and muscle groups. The programming carefully pairs opposing muscle groups to ensure your body has the perfect balanced workout, and proper time for recovery. It’s the quickest and safest way to transform your body.

Club Warning Order

Armoured training sessions start in November 2018.

Date and Time: Tuesday & Wednesday evenings at 1730hrs.

Location: Hoole Park, Chester & Dale Playing Fields.

HIIT Training

Within Armoured training sessions, we HIIT hard and burn hard.

The high intensity interval training (HIIT) incorporates explosive speed and power, plyometric work, bodyweight supersets but most of all willpower. Within these training sessions it's an inclusive session of effort, energy and sweat.

HIIT is an interval based training format and an effective fat burner. Work periods are short but at a high intensity, followed by recovery at a lower intensity state and repeat.

Metcon Training

A high-intensity metabolic conditioning training session for everyday athletes.

Be prepared to challenge yourself and sweat for those rewards, working with Armoured Fitness training equipment and your bodyweight providing extra resistance.

Cardiovascular Training

We don’t just jog, we run and run hard.

Fly your way through a high energy cardio focussed training session against a proven weekly set of aerobic and anaerobic running drills. Alongside running drills, the training offers a full body workout incorporating HIIT and speed & agility drills.

Strength Training

Bulletproof your body from injury and improve your performance with compound movements and functional work for improved strength and stabilisation.

Training sessions will draw on explosive strength movements, targeted muscle group training and functional strength building.

Endurance Training

Work your aerobic Armoured tank system till the end, challenge and build your engine.

Expect low to moderate weights, high reps and a sustained period of aerobic effort - it’s a battle between you and your mind.

Foundations

Push, pull and power your way to become better by learnning all the fundamentals.

If you're new to fitness, Armoured foundation sessions are for everyday athletes of all abilities. If you’re looking to better yourself, the foundation fitness sessions offer an introduction to movements, techniques and equipment found within the speciality sessions.
